Payment Methods and Processing
All About Hens accepts Visa and Mastercard via Paypal. This is a secure encrypted site. We also accept Cheques and Money orders. All cheques and money orders will need to be cleared before shipping.

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

For PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

Shipping And Handling
Please allow 7 days (working days) for Delivery. If you have an urgent requirement, please email us with your required date & we will advise you if this is possible.

Items are securely packed and sent by registered mail (Items must be signed for on delivery). Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us on 0414 815 012 or email jen@allabouthens.com.au

A re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is given, a recipient is not available.

Carriage within Australia is charged at $8.95 per order, regardless of size.

Your Rights To Return A Product
Any damaged shipments must be reported to All About Hens within 24 hours of delivery. The damaged item must be sent back to All About Hens. We will be happy to resend a non damaged item at our cost.

No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.

Legal Capacity To Transact
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with All About Hens.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.

Should All About Hens suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, All About Hens reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with All About Hens.
